MANAGERIAL SKILLS: The knowledge has been acquired from
University of Derby. Through the Business Operations
Management, International Hotel Management and other
Management subjects I acquired skills of how to manage
tasks in the workplace, how to manage staff and to
development the business.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE: The experience has been attained
during my industrial attachment at Neckor Investment Catering
Company, SOS Francistown & Be mobile events.

PRESENTATION SKILLS: I was involved in group
and individual presentations and also applied
the skill during my industrial attachment when
we presenting to our guests.
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS : Through the use
of internet I am able to present my abilities by

Outlook and Access.
