 The employability skills training will help young job seekers
understand and develop the skills that employers are looking for
when they hire staff.
 The training provided will be industry based and make young
job seekers more competitive in the market.
 The Engineers are employed primarily for their technical skills,
the general consensus is that employers are looking for
graduates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, are
commercially aware.
 Developing the business awareness and soft skills that industry
has identified as being so important when recruiting graduate
engineer.
