will need

Write the step-by-step directions
for making the dish. All members
must take part in this part.

6. Step 4.
With your friends, prepare the
recipe at home.

7. Step 5
• Prepare the writing assignment you
will give your teacher on the day of
the oral and written exam.
• It should include:
• Name of Recipe
• Small history
• List of Ingredients
• Procedures (paragraph of sequence)
• Write a short descriptive paragraph
about your food (include its name,
where it is popular, its method of
cooking, and flavors). Use samples
on pages 50 and 51 of your text
book.

8. Step 6
• Bring in a prepared dish.
• Hand out the recipe to
students.
• Go over the list of
ingredients and
directions.
• Then pass out samples
of the dish.
