■ Administrator Responsible for Processing Department
 Responsible for all Administrative issues and day to day running of the department.
(Specific Duties)  In collaboration with the Head of Department and Hr, proceed in the recruitment of plant operators
 Fill in and submit personnel hire form with the type of contract needed to Human Resources to
finalize the process
 Orientate new recruits to their assigned respective duties and sections
 Facilitate communication between Expats and nationals as Interpreter
 Establish hire equipment contracts to qualified and retained/selected sub contractors
 Manage all files pertaining sub contractors and the movement of all mobile equipment (Cranes,
Excavators, Loaders, Trucks and light vehicles)
 Make requisition for all sub contractors at the end of the month to hasten cash disbursement
 Ensure proper supervision of all plant operators' staffs/ employees (prepare timesheets, field break
and annual leave schedules).
 Manage timesheets and provide payroll services.
 Alert finance over errors on employees salaries to make correction
 Arrange all necessary documentations of cash advance request for national and expat staffs
 Translate and dispatch all official documents for both the government and the department.
 Produce administrative reports for the department on a monthly basis.
 Make work orders to maintenance for various plant tasks during partial and planned total shutdowns
 List down all needs in material and make a picking slip to make them available
 Track down all maintenance job on office equipment (computers, printers photocopiers etc) and
make request to IT for repair
