Trang Vuong is a distinguished urban planning and management expert, leveraging her
experience in consulting, research, and teaching to drive positive change in the built environment.
Being the Deputy CEO, Trang is responsible for the operation and development of enCity group.
Her passion led her to co-establish enCity offices, aiming to deliver world-class, responsible urban
planning consultancy for investors, governments, and communities. She works directly with
clients, partners, and team members and builds successful partnerships. Trang is the Principal of
large-scale, strategic, and integrated planning projects such as city master planning, provincial
planning, and regional planning.
Prior to enCity, she worked in the USA and completed her second Master's in Urban and
Environmental Policy and Planning at Tufts University as a Fulbright scholar.
