Director of Planning
Dzung Do Nguyen is an expert in city planning and design with
over 15 years of experience. His work focuses on comprehensive
city development strategies, economic zone developments, water-
sensitive urban designs, transit-oriented developments and new
township planning.
Dzung has led multi-disciplinary teams, engaged decision-makers
in the real estate sector and government agencies. He has explored
new frontiers in urban innovations with the aim of providing market-
responsive, context-sensitive and implementation-ready urban
solutions.
Dzung combines his role in enCity with a teaching position at
a graduate urban planning studio in the National University of
Singapore.
