 Employee surveys are tools used by organizational leadership to
gain feedback on and measure employee engagement, employee
morale, and performance
Objectives & Process
 A pulse survey is a prescribed process that offers the
organisations a chance to gain a regular snapshot of employee's
opinions.
 For effective pulse survey this can be done quarterly.

Findings
 After the survey we came to know that.,
 Few of the employees were not satisfied with their compensation.
 There were few complaints regarding the lack of support from the
supervisor.
Action Plan
 Action Planned improve the Strongly Disagree Parameters
 1. we collaboration with local ITI's for certifications
 2.Focused on training and development with the help of co-tek and dhronacharya
 3.Planning to provide transportation for ladies staff
 4. Special programmes for workshop employees LEARN WHILE WORK Special recognitions with the
same
 5. Facilitating accidental insurance For employees.
 6. Special incentives schemes
 7. Special counselling for HOD’s and supervisor regarding behavioural dissatisfaction of the
department employee
 8. B'day Celebrations
 9. Women's days celebration to motivate and appreciate female employees
 10. Two ways communication for target settings
 11. Special counselling for growth path.
