ensure all customers get the best possible shopping
experience. Monitoring the team's performance by
using KPI’s, this identifies what areas need
improvement, I then look to improve ATV and UPT by
carrying out one to one training on a monthly basis.
The use of monthly sales charts allows me to tally up
each individual’s sales that month in order to create
friendly competition and to drive sales.
Buying
During buying season it is my reasonability to
interpret and forecast sales for the following year
along with managing the yearly budget, organising
trips to tradeshows and appointments overseas
including Paris, Milan, Florence and berlin. This shows
my versatility and flexibility. Large capital is invested
each season based on my decisions, which is why it is
