Project Title: A Study on Non-Performing Asset with special reference to Karnataka Bank
Description: The study was conducted at Karnataka Bank Regional Office, Shimoga. The duration of study was
for 8 months. The main objective of the study was to analyse the role played by the bank to subsidies the
prevailing NPAs. Sub objectives are to identify the various sectors and factors that contribute for generation of
NPAs, classification of NPAs, and efficiency of the recovery procedures.
Project Title: A study conducted to analyse the perception of students studying at Nitte, towards
deodorant brands.
Description: Research was conducted in Nitte College campus. 100 students who were pursuing their
education in the campus were interviewed assisted by questionnaire. The main objective of the study was to
analyse the perception of students studying at Nitte, towards deodorant brands. Sub objectives included
determination of various factors that influenced the buying decision, brand loyalty and influence of
advertisements.
