Editor's Notes

  1. People can have a very big impact on marketing, one that cannot be underestimated. The knowledge and skills of the employees, their motivation and dedication to the brand are extremely important and can affect bussiness a lot.
  2. Elle is a very big bussiness that has been running in the UK for 25 years now. What makes it one of the most popular magazines of it’s kind is the fact that it always keeps the readers informed about the latest trends, travelling places and so on and so forth. Unlike other similar companies, as you can see, Elle puts a lot of effort into their Research and Development department, so that they can always be up to date with the latest news and facts, thus keeping their place in the top UK magazines. Also, they put a lot of effort into their general & administrative section, so that the magazine is of high quality.
  3. Even though they’ve had over 20 years of experience only in the UK, they are always up to date with the latest trends and they value fresh minds in their employees. That is one of the reasons almost 45 % of their employees have 5-10 years of experience. They value fresh ideas, but at the same time they need people with actual experience in the domain. Next in line are the 0-5 yrs experienced employees, continuing with 10-15 yrs and ending with the smallest % of employees , the 15-20 yrs of experience, proving once again the need for original, new ideas.
