Hi' that's my personal portfolio of those late years (2015 to 2017).
I am working for Orange in Ivory Coast/Cote d'Ivoire for 2 years. My job as Lead UX designer is to help marketing team create and maintain great user satisfaction.
For exemple I worked on Apps, dealing with graphic and customer journey modifications. We worked in agile mode helping us in the delivery.
I've also done field searches using design methods (quanti & quali). The main objective was to ensure maket fit and if not imagine others solutions.
Feel free to get in touch with me,
I'm open to any ideas, opportunities and side projects (furthermore if it's for Africa) :)

Usability: whats the use? Presented by We are Sigma and PRWDNexer Digital
For websites, good usability is a matter of survival. If a website is difficult to use, people leave. If the homepage fails to clearly state what a company offers and what users can do on the site, people leave. If users get lost on a website, they leave. For intranets and applications the question is one of productivity. In many organisations employees waste inordinate amounts of time searching for and assimilating the information they need to do their jobs. This lost time has a real, tangible value so ROI for designing internal systems with User Experience in mind, and spending some time testing and improving the usability of the system, is pretty compelling.
As people with a strong User Experience focus we don’t need to be convinced of the value of good usability, but for many companies who are thinking of revamping their site, intranet or portal it isn’t quite so clear cut.

As per a survey by Zipdo, data-driven A/B testing can boost app engagement by a whopping 72%. It's true, and it's all about finding the right thing to test. But how do you come up with those genius A/B test ideas? That's exactly what our webinar is here for.
We will show you how watching your users' moves (thanks to session replays) and seeing where they tap (hello, heatmaps) can spark those brilliant ideas for your tests. It's not just about guessing; it's about knowing what will make your app stickier. So, if you're all in for making your app more engaging, this is one you will want to take advantage of.

So you tried all the ways to beautify your bullet points on your pitch deck but it just got way uglier. These points are supposed to be memorable and leave a lasting impression on your audience. 6. Overview
Client
This was a 2.5 week project done in August 2015 for General
Assembly User Experience Immersive Course.
The objective was to redesign the current Reserve website to be
responsive across different devices.
Reserve is a restaurant reservation app that focuses on creating a
personalize experience for it’s users.
My Role
As project manager, I made sure my
team stayed on task and motivated
them through obstacles. I analyzed
and synthesized competitive and
user research that was collected. I
created and updated the research
report to submitted to the client.
Problem
There are currently an
abundance of reservation
apps in the marketplace, how
can Reserve stand out from
other apps?
Opportunity
Reserve has an amazing app
with great customer reviews.
How can we translate the
experience from their current
customers onto their website in
order to tell an effective story for
potential users.

To better understand the market, we
conducted competitive analysis on five
companies and compared it to the current
Reserve website. We conducted a layout
comparison to understand how information is
laid out on key pages and a site map to
understand the information architecture.
We conducted usability testing on the
current Reserve website and created
a heuristic analysis of the Reserve
website and it’s competitors.
Something the Reserve website failed
to due is consistency; the language
was inconsistent and users found it
hard to navigate the website.

12. Overview
Client
This was a 2 week project done in July 2015 for General
Assembly User Experience Immersive Course.
The objective was to create a new app for the James Beard
Foundation.
The James Beard Foundation is a charity organization well connected
within the food industry, with a core mission to educate the public on
nutritious and sustainable eating.
My Role
As a UX designer, I was involved
throughout the process of
creating the app. I conducted an
in-depth analysis of competitors
along with a business analysis of
the client. I created personas
based on user interviews and
was part of the process of
creating hi fidelity wireframes.
Problem
People don’t always make
nutritiously informed choices
when they eat and drink out. As
we continue to experience a
growing trend of people cooking
at home in order to eat healthy,
what tasty meals can “at-home
chefs” make with their kitchen’s
existing ingredients?
Opportunity
By making use of existing
ingredients in the fridge and
pantry with meals inspired by
James Beard Foundation
recipes, people can eat
nutritious, delicious, and
sustainable meals at home.

ingrediets. We further researched how non

process of how users donate.

This was a 2 week project done in July 2015 for General
Assembly User Experience Immersive Course.
The objective was to integrate a new feature on to the existing
website.
Quora is a question-and-answer website where questions are
created, answered, edited and organized by its community of users.
My Role Problem
Quora’s opportunity is the
ability to foster a community of
known experts. This feature will
strengthen the connection and
communication among the
community by implementing a
visual question and answer
platform.
Opportunity
With the growing popularity of
AMAs (ask me anything) format,
Quora is looking to integrate this
format as a live video to monetize
on their website.
