I own a small UX consultancy based in Toronto, Canada. Me and my apprentices help organizations figure out who their target audience is, what their needs are, and how the organization can best meet the needs of their audience. Much of the work we specialize in is upstream in most projects; involving stakeholder interviews, developing business requirements, analyzing data, conducting research. We pride ourselves on being able to integrate with teams across the globe and believe emerging online collaboration tools will enable diverse, distributed teams to become even more efficient and effective.
