ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Complete Marketing Collateral Development and Production: Developed, executed and distributed over 200
marketing collateral materials for U.S., Canada and the Caribbean in a cost effective manner. Oversaw output of
marketing collateral work through the ad agency and internal design team and proofed all jobs to ensure quality and accuracy
prior to production and ensured project timelines were met.

Marketing Collateral Fulfillment and Distribution: Effectively managed all marketing collateral and fulfillment for trade
and consumer distribution and streamlined process to create efficiencies and lower costs. Successfully spearheaded and
managed the RFP process for a new trade fulfillment warehouse and collateral ordering system and negotiated pricing
and contract terms and conditions that were very favorable to the company and ultimately saved the company over 50%
on the yearly cost.
Worked in partnership with Agency Partners, Domestic and Internal Sales Team, Revenue Management and various
other internal departments in the development, production and distribution of collateral materials for travel partners and
consumers.

Initiated and executed marketing plans for marketing collateral targeting past guests and prospects in order to deliver

Analytics: Designed and managed access database which kept track of all marketing collateral projects and ensured all
timelines were met. Additionally created and analyzed usage reports to determine future print production quantities and

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Led the development, execution and distribution of Carnival's regional brochures, newspaper advertising, press
releases and flyers for Canada, Caribbean, and Puerto Rico. Additionally managed the weekly lead pricing and
translations of all materials.

Managed travel agency database and tactical offers for Canada and Puerto Rico websites.

National Chain Support: Provided creative and/or approval, and lead rates for outside sales force. Also provided
creative, approval and lead rates for Carnival's Newspaper 75/25 Canadian Program.



Marketing Project Supervisor
Marketing Project Supervisor for Carnival's Retail Project, the Carnival Vacation Store
12/2000 - 02/2006

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Management of Staff: Managed staff of 16 in 4 retail kiosks, leading each team to creating an increasing awareness of
the Carnival product in areas where Carnival's presence was underperforming and ultimately increasing revenue.

Costs Reduction: Negotiated and saved Carnival Cruise Lines over $80K on its four retail leases for the Carnival
Vacation Store and negotiated better contract terms in favor of Carnival such as contract "out clauses" for 90 days instead
of 30 days.

Profit & Loss Responsibilities: Managed profitability, ROI and costs analyses to identify opportunities in high-value
customers.

Increased visibility and revenue: Developed and managed a wide range of marketing tools, including promotional
materials, press releases, and Web site content which were used to increase visibility and revenue. Additionally managed
output of all marketing materials through the ad agency and internal design team and proofed all jobs to ensure quality and
accuracy prior to production and distribution and ensured project timelines were met.

Budget: Managed all marketing channels and budget for the Carnival Vacation Store to ensure all projects were on time
and on budget. Also tracked and analyzed advertising and marketing programs to determine ROI and ensure we were on
budget.
Installations and Relocations of kiosks: Successfully managed and executed all installations and relocations of the
Carnival Vacation Store for all 4 locations to include all technical and communications aspects, site inspections and
location determination, travel arrangements, and lease negotiations.

Event Planning: Developed and executed special promotional events to promote Carnival and the Carnival Vacation
Stores and increase traffic and revenue for Carnival.

Training and development of new hire and recurring training of existing Guest Relations representatives.

Website content management for the department's intranet site to include copywriting, editing and proofreading all

proofreading and correcting grammatical errors and adjusting compensation when needed.

Emergency response: As a Team Leader for the Special Assistant Team participated, assisted and coordinated
