Remember the day you got your first television?
is it lying around in your storeroom now?
Even if you had given it away, all of these first
generation TV sets have by now outlived their
lifespan becoming what is now known as Electronic
Waste or E-wastes.
By the time the amount of E-wastes has been
increased. What is the solution?
How can we transform these devices into
useful things to us?
So the solution is in 3 words as(reduce-reuse-
recycle)
So now all we have to do is just collect our E-waste and
bring it to our nearest E-waste collection center, they
will deliver them to the right destination where wealth
will be generated from this waste, without causing
harm to humans
Finally, we should do our best to achieve the
great benefit of e-wastes and recycling it to
make it a useful things and also to avoid its
harmful disadvantages...
About 42 million tons of e-waste was dumped around the globe in 2014, and it is
estimated that only 6.5 million tons were taken for recycling. And here we are
:going to talk about the top 10 E-waste generating country
e-waste generation in Egypt is therefore one of the highest on the continent.
Although the number of e-waste in the country is high, the number of formal e-
waste recyclers is low and these recyclers operated on a small scale.
But Basel Convention Regional Centre "BCRC" -Egypt has been concerned with the
growing e-waste problem since 2005 by awareness issues via its newsletter and
through media interviews and newspapers articles. Main issues highlighted
Recyclobekia
RecycloBekia is an electronic waste recycling company
based in Egypt and serving the Middle East and North
Africa (MENA) region.
It's the first company in the Arab world offering green
recycling of electronic waste and safe data destruction
services.
E-waste crisis is the risk of toxic contamination for the environment and
communities. E-waste encompasses a wide range of discarded electronic devices
such as computers, mp3 players, televisions, and cell phone.
Electronic toxins:
Brominated Flame Retardants (BFRs)
Chromium Mercury lead
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Arsenic
The reason why we need to recycle E-waste??
• the E-waste problem is huge, more than 20 million tons of E-waste are produced
every year. Our e-wastes are polluting our environmental and our health.
• Toxins in E-waste
• Gold and silver
• Raw materials
• Economic benefits and work
once I heard a state that says some body waste may be become gold to another I
couldn’t believe it at all but now there is no doubt about that as we can transform
any electronic devices into gold. And this process is largely done in India and china
What are the materials needed to transform e-waste into gold?
•Eco-goldex E series (A chemical material designed by Eco-goldex
specially for E-waste recycling)
•Zinc stripes,H2SO4 and Ammonia solution(NH3.H2O)
•Filter paper, plastic pails and torch
Equation:
𝒁𝒏+𝟐
+𝟐𝑵𝑯 𝟑 𝒂𝒒 + 𝟐𝑯 𝟐 𝑶(𝑳)  𝒁𝒏(𝑶𝑯) 𝟐(𝒔) + 𝟐𝑵𝑯 𝟒+
(aq)
Japan saw that E-waste is a wealth so in the Olympic Games Tournament in 2020 all the gold
medals that the heroes would receive would be 100% made out of E-waste.
Since mankind`s journey into the space in 1957 more
than 4000 satellites have been launched into orbit. It`s
not strange to find some wastes have been left behind.
Falling objects:
In the last five decades, an average of one piece of debris fell to
the earth each day. Most of the trash raining down burns up in
the atmosphere before it ever reaches the surface.
According to NASA’s Orbital Debris Program Office, no serious
injury or significant property damage from falling debris has been
confirmed
Adopt an atmosphere:
In recent years, various space organizations have worked to
reduce the amount of trash added to Earth’s orbit by
implementing better designs
