infrastructure utilization integrating different lease and scheduling techniques for user and resources to implement On-demand
allocation of resources to the user. The primary aim of Cloud Computing is to provide mobility development of web-based
application by means of early accessible tools and interfaces by using and manipulating infrastructure. Cloud-based services
integrate global scattered resource, which offer its users different types of services without the difficulties and complications. In
this paper main focus is on resource allocation to user, both Premium and Non-Premium with more priority to Premium user
managing their effective utilization and providing security from data alteration and modification. In this paper a small protocol of
cloud application is implemented adding security to it making the stored user data and information secure via the fraud detection
system. Its main purpose is to improve utilization of infrastructure Cloud by providing On-demand availability of the resources to
the users by reducing the expenses. Application are network based so that the business user free to use the services from anywhere

Optimizing the placement of cloud data center in virtualized environmentIJECEIAES
In cloud mobile networks, precise assessment for the position of the virtualization powered cloud center would improve the capacity limit, latency and energy efficiency (EEf). This paper utilized the Monte Carlo oriented particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA) to first, obtain the optimal number of virtual machines (VMs) that maximize the EEf of the mobile cloud center, second, optimize the position of the mobile data center. To fulfil such examination, a power evaluation framework is proposed to shape the power utilization of a virtualized server while hosting an amount of VMs. In addition, the total power consumption of the network is examined, including data center and radio units (RUs). This evaluation is based on linear modelling of the network parameters, such as resource blocks, number of VMs, transmitted and received powers, and overhead power consumption. Finally, the EEf is constrained to many quality of service (QoS) metrics, including number of resource blocks, total latency and minimum user's data rate.

As the demand on Internet services such as cloud and mobile cloud services drastically
increases recently, the energy consumption consumed by the cloud datacenters has
become a burning topic. The deployment of renewable energy generators such as Pho-
toVoltaic (PV) and wind farms is an attractive candidate to reduce the carbon footprint
and, achieve the sustainable cloud datacenters. However, current studies have focused on
geographical load balancing of Virtual Machine (VM) requests to reduce the cost of brown
energy usage, while most of them have ignored the heterogeneity of power consumption
of each cloud datacenter and the incurred performance degradation by VM co-location. In
this paper, we propose Evolutionary Energy Efficient Virtual Machine Allocation (EEE-
VMA), a Genetic Algorithm (GA) based metaheuristic which supports a power hetero-
geneity aware VM request allocation of multiple sustainable cloud datacenters. This
approach provides a novel metric called powerMark which diagnoses the power efficiency
of each cloud datacenter in order to reduce the energy consumption of cloud datacenters
more efficiently. Furthermore, performance degradation caused by VM co-location and
bandwidth cost between cloud service users and cloud datacenters are considered to
avoid the deterioration of Quality-of-Service (QoS) required by cloud service users by
using our proposed cost model. Extensive experiments including real-world traces based
simulation and the implementation of cloud testbed with a power measuring device are
conducted to demonstrate the energy efficiency and performance assurance of the pro-
posed EEE-VMA approach compared to the existing VM request allocation strategies.

Dynamic Topology Re-Configuration in Multihop Cellular Networks Using Sequent...IJERA Editor
Cellular communications has experienced explosive growth in the past two decades. Today millions of people around the world use cellular phones. Cellular phones allow a person to make or receive a call from almost anywhere. Likewise, a person is allowed to continue the phone conversation while on the move. Cellular communications is supported by an infrastructure called a cellular network, which integrates cellular phones into the public switched telephone network. The cellular network has gone through three generations. The first generation of cellular networks is analog in nature. To accommodate more cellular phone subscribers, digital TDMA (time division multiple access) and CDMA (code division multiple access) technologies are used in the second generation (2G) to increase the network capacity. With digital technologies, digitized voice can be coded and encrypted. Therefore, the 2G cellular network is also more secure. The third generation (3G) integrates cellular phones into the Internet world by providing highspeed packet-switching data transmission in addition to circuit-switching voice transmission. The 3G cellular networks have been deployed in some parts of Asia, Europe, and the United States since 2002 and will be widely deployed in the coming years. The high increase in traffic and data rate for future generations of mobile communication systems, with simultaneous requirement for reduced power consumption, makes Multihop Cellular Networks (MCNs) an attractive technology. To exploit the potentials of MCNs a new network paradigm is proposed in this paper. In addition, a novel sequential genetic algorithm (SGA) is proposed as a heuristic approximation to reconfigure the optimum relaying topology as the network traffic changes. Network coding is used to combine the uplink and downlink transmissions, and incorporate it into the optimum bidirectional relaying with ICI awareness. Numerical results have shown that the algorithms suggested in this thesis provide significant improvement with respect to the existing results, and are expected to have significant impact in the analysis and design of future cellular networks.
Congestion Control Clustering a Review PaperEditor IJCATR
Wireless Sensor Networks consists of sensor nodes which are scattered in the environment, gather data and transmit it to a
base station for processing. Energy conservation in the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is a very important task because of their
limited battery power. The related works so far have been done have tried to solve the problem keeping in the mind the constraints of
WSNs. In this paper, a priority based application specific congestion control clustering (PASCCC) protocol has been studied, which
often integrates the range of motion and heterogeneity of the nodes to detect congestion in a very network. Moreover a comparison of
the various clustering techniques has been done. From the survey it has been found that none of the protocol is efficient for energy
conservation. Hence the paper ends with future scope to overcome these issues.
ENHANCED PARTICLE SWARM OPTIMIZATION FOR EFFECTIVE RELAY NODES DEPLOYMENT IN ...IJCNCJournal
One of the critical design problems in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is the Relay Node Placement
(RNP) problem. Inefficient deployment of RNs would have adverse effects on the overall performance and
energy efficiency of WSNs. The RNP problem is a typical example of an NP-hard optimization problem
which can be addressed using metaheuristics with multi-objective formulation. In this paper, we aimed to
provide an efficient optimization approach considering the unconstrained deployment of energy-harvesting
RNs into a pre-established stationary WSN. The optimization was carried out for three different objectives:
energy consumption, network coverage, and deployment cost. This was approached using a novel
optimization approach based on the integration of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm and a
greedy technique. In the optimization process, the greedy algorithm is an essential component to provide
effective guidance during PSO convergence. It supports the PSO algorithm with the required information
to efficiently alleviate the complexity of the PSO search space and locate RNs in the spots of critical
significance. The evaluation of the proposed greedy-based PSO algorithm was carried out with different
WSN scenarios of varying complexity levels. A comparison was established with two PSO variants: the
classical PSO and a PSO hybridized with the pattern search optimizer. The experimental results
demonstrated the significance of the greedy algorithm in enhancing the optimization process for all the
considered PSO variants. The results also showed how the solution quality and time efficiency were
considerably improved by the proposed optimization approach. Such improvements were achieved using a
simple integration technique without adding to the complexity of the system and introducing additional
optimization stages. This was more evident in the RNP scenarios of considerably large search spaces, even
with highly complex and challenging setups.
RANSlicing: Towards Multi-Tenancy in 5G Radio Access Networksijwmn
A significant purpose of 5G networks is allowing sharing resources among different network tenants such as service providers and Mobile Virtual network Operators. Numerous domains are taken in account regarding resource sharing containing different infrastructure (storage, compute and networking), Radio Access Network (RAN) and Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum. RAN and spectrum, transport. Spectrum sharing and RAN are anticipated as the fundamental part in multi-tenant 5G network. Nevertheless, there is a shortage of evaluation platforms to determine the number of benefits that can be acquired from multilevel spectrum sharing rather than single-level spectrum sharing. The work presented in this paper intend to address this issue by presenting a modified SimuLTE model is used for evaluating active RAN based on multi-tenant 5G networks. The result shows an understanding into the actual advantages of RAN slicing for multi-tenants in 5G networks.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

1. Elastic resource utilization framework for high capacity and energy efficiency in
cloud RAN
Abstract:
Current radio access network architectures, characterized by a static
configuration and deployment of base stations, have exposed their limitations in
handling the temporal and geographical fluctuations of capacity demand.
Moreover, small cell networks have exacerbated the problem of electromagnetic
interference and decreased the energy efficiency. Although there are some
solutions to alleviate these problems, they still suffer from static provisioning of
BSs and lack of inter-BS communication. CloudRAN is a new centralized paradigm
based on virtualization technology that has emerged as a promising architecture
and efficiently addresses such problems. C-RAN provides high energy efficiency
together with gigabit-per-second data rates across software defined wireless
networks. In this article, novel reconfigurable solutions based on C-RAN are
proposed in order to adapt dynamically and efficiently to the fluctuations in per-
user capacity demand. Co-location models for provisioning and allocation of
virtual base stations are introduced, and pros and cons of different VBS
architectures are studied. Also, the potential advantages of VBS clustering and
consolidation to support recently proposed cooperative techniques like
cooperative multipoint processing are discussed.
