Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
Hybrid optimization of pumped hydro system and solar- Engr. Abdul-Azeez.pdffxintegritypublishin
Advancements in technology unveil a myriad of electrical and electronic breakthroughs geared towards efficiently harnessing limited resources to meet human energy demands. The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.

Structural Design Engineer – Bridges, Tunnels and Special Structures.
AECOM Middle East – Abu Dhabi
AECOM | Nov 2014 to Present
Worked in designing post tensioned box girder bridges for EXPO 2020 in
Dubai, UAE. Designed the superstructure and substructure of more than 25
prestressed post tensioned concrete bridges. The number of spans varied
from two to twelve spans. The bridges had different cross sections, depth,
width, cantilevers, curvature, construction stages and variations depending
on the bridge functionality. Most of the bridges I have designed were box
girder bridges. I have also designed multiple I-girder pre-tensioned bridges.
The structural analysis was done using Midas Civil software in accordance to
AASHTO, and most of the modeling was done using spine models.
Nonetheless, I have modeled different bridges using the grillage modeling
approach mentioned on EC. Hambly Bridge Deck Behavior.
Designed the bridge bearings and determined the load capacities, rotations,
and movements required for bearings. In addition, I have grouped the bridge
bearings and tabulated the information on the drawings in accordance with
AASHTO.
Designed the bridge transverse cross section depending on the cross section
width, number of cells, cantilever length, pedestrian walkways and
embedded utilities.
Designed bridge diaphragms using the flexural member method and using
the strut and tie approach.
Assisted Senior Engineers in determining the required number of spans,
bridge type, and construction stages depending on location, existing utilities,
and space availability.
Designed miscellaneous elements such as bearings and Expansion
movement joints.
Coordinated with other utility teams such as potable water, high
voltage, low voltage, sewer lines, highway, and geotechnical to assure a
clash free and safe design.
Done Quantity take off and BOQ preparation for tender document release.
Worked in verification of steel pedestrian bridge with steel columns and
reinforced concrete pile cap and piles. All the checks were verified based on
the on AASHTO 2014 code requirements.

JOB OBJECTIVE
Checked and verified piles, piers and pile caps of an Al Bustan bridges in
accordance to AASHTO 2007. I have also checked the pile length adequacy
according to available geotechnical information. The bridges had pre-
tensioned and post tensioned elements requiring specific construction
stages.
Checked and verified several substructure components including
abutments, piers, pile caps, piles, approach slabs and protection buried
slabs. The pile caps had several geometries and different number of piles.
The piles had different diameters and different cutoff levels and depths.
Assisted in preparing design calculation for construction modifications and
responded to RFI’s coming from site in a timely manner.

Delivered the preliminary and detailed design packages of the vertical
precast shafts and underground cast in-situ chambers used for gravity
sewerage project in compliance to Euro code. The precast shafts had an
internal diameter of 2 and 3 meters, and the chambers had a depth ranging
from 30 to 60 m and they had different shapes and hydraulic purposes that
needed special structural detailing. CIRIA guide was used to check the
elements against the effects of early thermal cracking. In addition, I
Coordinated with other AECOM offices including water, tunneling, and
geotechnical teams located in UK, Qatar and UAE to insure all the
information are shared accurately and on time.
I designed two sewage pumping stations that included deep. The work done
involved providing safe economical design that meets the requirements of
ACI318. The chambers were designed considering earth lateral loads,
surcharge, wind, operational loads, and allowable bearing pressure. The
project involved high level of coordination with other mechanical,
electrical, geotechnical and architectural teams.
WORK EXPERIENCE (Bridges)
WORK EXPERIENCE (Tunnels, Culverts and Protection slabs)
Verified the design of an underpass and adjacent retaining walls. The
underpass and retaining walls verification included checking the service and
ultimate capacities. In addition, sliding, overturning, and bearing capacity
were carried over to make sure verified structures meet all the requirements
of the client and AASHTO 2014 code requirements.
Delivered the detailed design package of various tunnels and culverts in
compliance to AASHTO LRFD code. The cast in situ bottom slab, top slap,
internal columns/walls and external walls with different dimensions were
checked against the effects of early thermal cracking, serviceability check,
flexural and shear design. I coordinated with geotechnical, highway,
electrical and mechanical teams located in the same office to insure all the
required information are obtained to satisfy the design and client’s
requirements.
Worked in the preliminary and detailed design of multiple protection slabs
