Duties & Responsibilities.
 Preparation of the CAD Standard as per the requirement by DAR-AL-HANDASAH.
 Preparation of the Updated Title Block as per the requirement by DAR-AL-
HANDASAH.
 Coordinate the draftsmen’s and trained for CAD standard as per the requirements by
DAH to all subcontractors in KAIA Project and also guided and mentored junior staff
members.
 Implement standards set for all drawings in the Design Drafting Department.
 Checking sub-contractors shop drawings with the latest design drawings in all fields.
 Checking As-built drawings as per the final marked up drawings from the site.
 Preparation of As-built drawings for Architectural, Geotechnical, Civil, Electrical,
Fire Protection, General, Hazardous Materials, Interiors, Landscape, Mechanical,
Navigational Aids/ATC System/Meteorological Systems, Plumbing, Special
Equipment BHS/ Aircraft Stand Equipment / Security Screening / APM, Steel
Structure, Structural, Telecommunication, Urbanism, Survey / Mapping,
Electromechanical, Special Airport Systems/ULV) CAD & XLS (4000) Layers.
 DWS & CTB files and also prepare the Dim Style and Text Style as per KAIA
requirements.
 Prepare the whole record of As Built and check all As Built Drawings i.e. (1,97,000
Drawings) as per KAIA CAD Standards and Updating` the EL LOG (As-built
drawing Log) according to newly submissions and revision.
 Working on Micro Soft Excel & Word on daily basis.
 Preparing Presentation for New project as instructed by Engineers.
 Received/Log/Scan (Acrobat Format)/File and Distribute transmittals,
 Follow up with the Sub Contractor for the Submittals.
 Follow up with Consultant for outstanding submittals status.
 Maintained documents of the company in accordance with the procedure of
established publication department.
 Responsible for identifying and solving routine problems.

 Perform complex drafting assignments utilizing computer aided design (CAD) and
