4. In the fast‐growing, rapidly‐changing IT industry, managing global environment, health,
and safety (EHS) has become increasingly challenging, not just for regulatory compliance
but to meet stakeholders expectations including customers, employees, and local
communities.
Several leading IT companies have come together to develop this concept plan and group
structure to tackle common challenges for individual, collective, and industry‐ wide
benefits.
The result was EHSxTech, a unique opportunity for tech industry EHS professionals to
explore regulatory updates from around the globe, talk through specific environmental,
health and safety needs and challenges, and discuss leading industry trends in a
collaborative, noncompetitive forum.
