Step – 1 & 2
• Determine the purpose of your
presentation and identify your own
objectives.
• Know your audience and what it
knows.
Step – 3 & 4
• Define your topic – main topic on
which you want to deliver.
• Arrange your material in a way that
makes sense for your objectives –
research thoroughly.
Step – 5 & 6
• Compose your presentation.
• Create visual aids(if required) which
may include:
–Projector
–Charts
–Whiteboard & Marker
Step – 7 & 8
• Practice your presentation (don’t
forget to time it!)
• Make necessary adjustments
(interpret and rehearse).
Step – 9 & 10
• Analyze the room where you’ll be
giving your presentation (set-up,
sight lines, equipment, etc.).
• Practice again to bring perfection.
Assignment
• Pick any current topic
• Do research, prepare yourself
• Record the speech
• Post it only via G-Suite (don’t send it through
email)
– The video along with the prepared material should
be posted by 30 March 2020.
