Role Play & Analysis - PreparationObjective: Practicing difficult feedback in a safe environment in order to improve feedback giving skills Practicing giving and receiving feedback in 2 different environments – role play and analysisPreparation: Every participant reads written information about his/her role, which is either “a manager” or “an employee” (scenarios are worked out based on common situations)Every participant is asked to define his/her learning objective in terms of giving feedback that he/she would like to work onPreparation happens 2 times – first time every person receives one role, which is either “a manager” or “an employee”, second time every person receives a new role, which is opposite to the first role from a different scenario (meaning all managers now become employees and vice versa).2010.09.07.4Prepared by Marina Pavlova, Signus Ltd
