execução das obras de 06 (seis) meses, a contar da data do recebimento da Ordem de Início
dos Serviços, expedida pela Secretaria Municipal de Serviços Públicos, e o prazo de 03 (três)
meses para a emissão do Termo de Recebimento Definitivo da Obra, nos termos do art. 73,
