आरोग्य म्हणजे काय ? What is health?
What is school health ? शाळा आरोग्य म्हणजे काय ?
School Health is the comprehensive efforts of developing, implementing, and evaluating services, both within the
school and the community, that provide each and every student with the resources needed to thrive within a
healthful environment.
School Health initiatives should work to promote inclusive environments in which students can learn together about,
and develop, healthy behaviors overtime.
शाळा आरोग्य म्हणजे शाळा आ ण समाज या दोन्हीमध्ये सेवा वक सत करणे, अंमलबजावणी करणे आ ण त्यांचे मूल्यांकन करण्याचे
सवर्शसमावेशक प्रयत्न आहेत जे प्रत्येक वद्या यार्शला आरोग्यदायी वातावरणात भरभराटीसाठी आवश्यक संसाधने प्रदान करतात.

It refers to a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well being and not
merely the absence of disease.

Mainly students health is depend on following two factors
मुख्यताः वद्या यार्थ्यांचे शालेय आरोग्य हे खालील दोन घटकांवर अवलंबून
असते:

मान सक आरोग्य
Mental health
शारी रक आरोग्य म्हणजे शरीरातील जी
व भन्न ज्ञानें द्रये व कामर्मेंद्रीये आहेत त्यांची
क्षमता उत्तम असणे आहे.
Physical health is the well-being of the body
and the proper functioning of the organism of
individuals, which is a normal condition for
individuals
मान सक आरोग्य ही कल्याणकारी अशी अवस्था आहे ज्यात
एखाद्या व्य तीला स्वतःची क्षमता समजते, जीवनातील
सामान्य ताणतणावांचा सामना करता येतो, उत्पादनक्षमपणे
कायर्श करू शकतो आ ण आपल्या समाजात योगदान देण्यास
सक्षम आहे हे ओळखतो .
Mental health is a state of well-being in which an
individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope
with the normal stresses of life, can work
productively and is able to make a contribution to his
or her community.
