Our editing process involves selecting shots from raw footage in iMovie, cutting them to the best parts for the production using the cut selection tool. We add titles, transitions between shots, and royalty-free music to the production timeline. After effects are used to add elements like muzzle flashes matching the character shooting. Individual edited scenes are rendered and saved as MOV files to import into the final production in iMovie.

free music website. Using this in
iMovie was good idea because we
could adjust and cut length etc of our
sound.

4. This is final project done I like to keep my
projects organized therefore I have named
the project by the production name and
thumbnail is showing first few shots of the
production.

entire thing.

5. This is footage I have edited in
after Effects. This is scene where
Villain is shooting at hero and what
I have been doing here is motion
tracking the shot so that muzzle
flash matches the character
shooting.

6. This is final film that is edited and ready to add
to the final production. Before that I have to
render this.
Then when my footage is rendered I can find it on my
computer and add it to the production. I save the file as
.MOV so that I can import it without trouble.
