The services included systems analysis and design, software development, network, server systems and database administration. Job Highlights and Achievements: • Started out as programmer/analyst doing code conversion from FoxPro to PowerBuilder to becoming a lead application developer role doing code integration for the National Expenditures Program Book. The program collates budget requests from different government departments, and monitor changes for each request all throughout the budgeting cycle. The final product of the application is the NEP book which is the forerunner of the yearly government appropriations act. The application was developed thru PowerBuilder 4.0 and Sybase SQL 6.5 • Provided technical support activities for OS administration of UNIX and MS NT Server systems; and database administration of Sybase SQL databases.
