• The ethics is a practical science: It is done to be
realized in the daily life. It is to know to act and
fulfills his purpose when it is personified in the
human conduct. To learn ethics is to learn for the

PROBLEMS OF PROFFESIONAL ETHICS
Consequences:
A lack of ethics not only affects the victims who suffer them, although
they are the first affected
Consequences there are many, the most important are:
• the low self-esteem of those who commit them
• the prestige of the profession.
This last occurs in two ways:
•destroys public confidence
•gets frustrated hopes of social sectors
AREAS IN WHICH PROFESSIONAL ETHICS PROBLEMS ARE
DEVELOPED
The teacher relationships with society:
•Teacher professional success depends on, the support that provide the
social environment.
•The Professor, in a way, is a designated citizen, since he is the target of
a constant observation with regard to his overall behavior.
•Lifetime Professor belongs to the company. What other professionals
can carry out with impunity is not allowed to the Professor, who is
subjected to permanent criticism of all their actions.
•The Professor is the representative of the family and of society in
regard to the education of generations of children and adolescents.
AS IT SHOULD BE A GOOD TEACHER
We will see what are the ethical principles that should govern the
conduct of the teacher:
-The teacher must always project a worthy, professional image, and
as ethical principles, morality, honesty, justice, objectivity and
efficiency.
-A teacher must respect their students and the parents of your
students, your co-workers, your superiors.
-You must respect the opinions of others, including those of his
students, accepting the divergent points.
-The teacher must recognize the importance of participative work
and collaboration.
-A teacher should not openly identify with a political line, nor to
proselytize, it should not carry badges, flags or symbols identifying
political organizations.
-A teacher must be a lifelong student, to impart teachings
should be updated and learn constantly according to the
evolution of new techniques, and didactic material.
-A good teacher will be in continuous contact with other
professionals who contribute to its enrichment as a teacher.
-A teacher should feel proud to be master and should
participate in the activities of the educational establishment.
-A teacher should not accept gifts or donations, payable to any
economic value that compromise their actions.
-You must examine the problems arising in the educational
establishment, contributing to the solution of the same.
-If consumed drugs or alcohol, it should not be master since it will
break the principle be example for students.
-A good teacher should be part of the family of students, so should
pursue self improvement plans, should be a guide for the other
members of the family of the student; It must promote and
support comprehensive education of students.
-Students need orientation psychological, sentimental, and attend
the teachers in many instances, therefore the teacher should be
able to assist with these needs.
-Teachers and educational institutions, are the second home for
our children, that's why in choosing them, we must do a careful
selection, since it will depend on values and the teachings
received at home have an effective continuity are not changed or
distorted.
