This document proposes an alternative economic system called "Economy 3.0" that is decentralized yet connected. It argues that the current financial system is unsustainable and promotes inequality. The key aspects of Economy 3.0 proposed include: 1) A "Clearing Union" that would provide mutual credit guarantees between buyers and sellers, with profits reinvested in the community. 2) A "Capital Partnership" that would allow investors to fund assets and receive returns based on the value generated by those assets rather than interest. 3) The use of "Stock" as a form of asset-backed credit represented by tokens that can be exchanged for future use of an asset, avoiding debt obligations.
