250g /9oz of your favourite pasta
300g /11oz chicken breast
5 large eggs
1 Tsp curcumin
1 Tsp of caraway and Tabil (coriander)
200g /7oz of grated cheese, your favourite
1/2 Tsp of black pepper
Salt
Preparation
1. Clean the chicken and cut it in cubes
2. Sauté the chicken mixed with curcumin in some oil in a frying pan
3. Add a little warm water to the chicken pan
4. Add the caraway, tabil, salt and the black pepper to the chicken and keep them cooking for up
to 10 minutes.
5. Get the pasta boiled and ready.
6. Whisk the 5 eggs with the cheese in a bowl.
7. Mix the boiled pasta with the chicken sauce as well as the eggs and cheese.
8. Place the macaroni quiche mixture into the oven for 30 minutes or until the centre of which
gets thick.
Tip: you can still make the pasta quiche with macaroni/spaghetti leftovers on the condition that it is
