run thru the Nicco Grill.
โขThe prep-cook then cuts the breast into strip and they are placed in to
the Duke Holder. Chicken can be held for up to 40 minutes then must
be discarded.
โขWraps use two strips, Sandwich use four strips and Salads use five
strips.
โขThe chicken is never served as a whole breast.

chicken breast the saving could be roughly $960,000 a year.
