2. This food is made from beef which is how to

moisture from the meat. The smoking process
is useful in preventing the development of
food spoilage bacteria. Se'i means thin,
elongated meat. Before smoking, the meat is

begins by inserting rice into young bamboo
which is approximately 30 cm long. The

5. This dish is usually served for dessert. The
ingredients used are green beans, peanuts
and corn. But there are also those who add
pumpkin or other vegetables. All ingredients
are boiled together in water that has been
seasoned with flavoring and salt. Many say
that this food is similar to compote, only
different in taste and brown gravy.

6. This dish is made from minced beef. The meat
is boiled together with spices, salt, sugar and
other spices which are then sauteed with the
prepared spices. Boiling the meat lasts long
enough, so that the meat becomes tender and
the spices can seep in. After the meat is
tender, the new meat will be sauteed. When
the aroma of the stir-fry has been smelled
and the spices have soaked into the meat,
then this food can be eaten especially with
warm rice.
