nowadays it has become a food that can be
accessed by anyone. Taliwang chicken is
made from young free-range chicken with
spices such as shallots, garlic, curly red chilies,
curly cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, kencur,
tomatoes, salt, and lime. This food has two
versions, namely grilled and fried. What
makes this food unique is the way it is cooked
which is still traditional, using firewood to
give it a distinctive taste.

side dishes such as vegetables, chicken and
tempeh. The taste of this side dish is very
different from other rice dishes. This is
because it has a variety of vegetables and

without any seasoning, because in the
previous process the meat had been
