The University Technical Services (UTS) Help Center provides free technical support to the University of Denver community. It is located in the Anderson Academic Commons and is open 8am-10pm Monday through Thursday and weekends until 8 or 10pm. Students can make walk-in appointments for laptop issues using an online ticketing system. Appointments are assigned to on-duty consultants and repairs are performed quickly with little to no wait. The Help Center also handles phone and email support, laptop rentals, and computer lab maintenance.
