DSM N.V. has developed an anti-reflective coating called KhepriCoatTM that increases solar panel efficiency by reducing light reflection. KhepriCoatTM uses a closed silica structure with nano-porosity to minimize reflection without compromising durability. Module tests showed up to a 5% increase in performance compared to uncoated modules with no degradation after accelerated testing.
