This document contains a 10 question personality test developed by Dr. Phil to provide insight into how others perceive your personality. It instructs the reader to take the test, tally their score, and send the results to friends while changing the subject line to display their score. Scores are then categorized into ranges accompanied by analyses of how others may view someone with that type of score.

This test is pretty common on the internet and is still in use by major corporations to assess their candidates. Unfortunately, most of the tests I have seen so far really look "messy", so I wanted to contribute with a "clean" version.
I also wanted to clarify that, after doing some research on the subject, I discovered that this test was wrongly attributed to Dr Phil., and should have been attributed to Dr Charles Vine instead.
Enjoy this test, and feel free to post your result in the comments below!

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:

20. OVER 60 POINTS
Others see you as someone they should "handle
with care." You're seen as
vain, self-centered and one who is extremely
domineering. Others may
admire you, wishing they could be more like
you, but don't always trust you,
hesitating to become too deeply involved with
you.
21. 51 TO 60 POINTS
Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile,
rather impulsive personality; a natural leader,
one who's quick to make decisions, though not
always the right ones. They see you as bold and
adventuresome, someone who will try anything
once; someone who takes chances and enjoys an
adventure. They enjoy being in your company
because of the excitement you radiate.
22. 41 TO 50 POINTS
Others see you as fresh, lively, charming,
amusing, practical and always interesting;
someone who's constantly in the center of
attention, but sufficiently well-balanced
not to let it go to their head. They also see
you as kind, considerate, and
understanding; someone who'll always
cheer them up and help them out.
23. 31 TO 40 POINTS
Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful and
practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or
talented, but modest. Not a person who makes
friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's
extremely loyal to friends you do make and who
expect the same loyalty in return. Those who
really get to know you realize it takes a lot to
shake your trust in your friends, but equally that
it takes you a long time to get over it if that trust
is ever broken.
24. 21 TO 30 POINTS
Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy.
They see you as very cautious, extremely careful,
a slow and steady plodder. It would really surprise
them if you ever did something impulsively or on
the spur of the
moment, expecting you to examine everything
carefully from every angle and then usually decide
against it. They think this reaction is caused partly
by your careful nature.
25. UNDER 21 POINTS
People think you are shy, nervous, and
indecisive, someone who needs looking
after, who always wants someone else to
make the decisions and who doesn't want to
get involved with anyone or anything! They
see you as a worrier who always sees
problems that don't exist. Some people think
you're boring. Only those who know you
well know that you aren't.
26. Now forward this to
all your friends,
don’t forget to put
your score in the
subject box.
-Dr.Phil
