Consumer Behaviour is the study of individuals,
groups, or organizations and the processes they
use to select, secure, use, and dispose of products,
services, experiences, or ideas to satisfy needs and
the impacts that these processes have on the
consumer and society.
INTRODUCTION:-
Dove is a personal care brand owned by UNILEVER.
It started in 1957.
Dove products are manufactured
in ARGENTINA,AUSTRALIA,BRAZIL,CANADA,CHINA,GERMANY,INDIA,INDONES
IA,ISRAEL,IRELAND,MEXICO,NETHERLANDS,PAKISTAN,PHILLIPINES,SOUTH

The products are sold in more than 80 countries and are offered for both
women and men.
The brand came in INDIA in 1995.
In the year 2004, Unilever won the ‘ MARKETER OF THE YEAR ’ award for its
brand dove.

BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE SWITCHING TO DOVE
•This is the only soap that I ever use.
•I m being using this since 4 years
• I used to use all different bodywashes, soaps etc
but I found with dove,
•it never made me itchy or dry my skin out.
•It can be a little bit expensive but if you are like me and can't be
bothered moisturising after a shower, then this is great as I find I rarely need any.
+ Feels so smooth, luxurious and creamy on the skin and smells wonderful.
Does not leave your skin feeling oily like some soaps and bodywashes can

•Dove is a very well known brand and I am using it from 3 years
•I used the Dove Soap and in order to regain the lost moisture
• of my skin.
• And the Dove soap gave an amazing results and my skin became softer.
• And it also solves the skin problems like pimples and marks.
•I would advice you to use the Dove soap once and
•retain and regain the lost moisture of your skin. It also leaves a nice and wonderful

ITS OK
The reason why I rate this a 2 star is because THE SOAP DOES HAVE A SCENT..
I would know it is there because I CAN SMELL IT.
I am just disappointed in this product because it has a scent. The scent is OK smelling,
but I wanted a product with no scent. Dove should indicate that this soap is "original scent"
not "unscented.”

I DIDN’T LIKE IT
•I usually love all Dove products but i was really disappointed with this soap.
•It doesnt seem to be as creamy and delicate as what the
• product brand stands for.
I have bought this soap twice as i thought it may not have been the soap that made me
feel so irriated and itchy but it happened again the second time i purchased it as well.
Overall, despite the lovely scent, i wouldnt purchase this soap again.

With the initial thoughts that it was just a soap bar
But it had a very moisturising effect on her skin.
Her skin was very dry and flaky..but has improved to
a very good level.

great impact afer using the soap.

1. BHARTI
Dove is a very famous brand in sanitary products from soaps to shampoo to conditioners.
Dove soap is a very good cleanser with one quarter moisturizing milk. It cleanses the dirt, oil and
pimples. I am the regular user of this soap.
2. EKTA
Dove used to be my favourite soap for
long time and have noticed it is a pretty good
soap. However I have noticed that my skin
would get a bitter dry after I used this soap.
I had to put lotion afterwards. Overall soap is
good but can be a bit drying if you are using it
for a longer term.
3. SANJAY
I started using this soap for a past one and half years. Dove soap its the best soap I
have ever been used it make your skin softly and healthy. Since it is a healthy product so that
anyone can use it and I am sure that no one will get harm by using this soap.and it is very body
cleansing and facial bar.
4. VINAY
In todays life soaps are less used than
body wash. Dove soap is a good soap
but I use dove body wash as there are
different fragnent flavours in the body
wash.

I used dove for a few months but once I started using the skin cottage body after that I have
never used dove soap. As the skin cottage body has a large variety of body wash i.e with scrub &
without scrub. Whereas dove has very little variety of soaps. I will suggest everyone to try skin
cottage body wash once.

Besan with Malai and many more naturally
available remedies.
• Also they do not Cause harm to their skin.
• It is non-allergic & completely removes oil
and it is cheap too.

• A customer used Dove but it was not suitable.
• As the size of the Family is big and the Soap
is small in size.
• And it is costly too.
• They Switched from Dove to Dettol and from
many years they are using Dettol Soap only.
• They use Johnson & Johnson Soap for their
kids as it makes their skin soft.
• They usually buy Dettol from Supermarkets
or General Stores.

Dove is undoubtedly the best soap I have ever
used it keeps my skin soft, fresh & clean I
always use dove for my face.

• I prefer Skin Cottage Body wash for bathing
over dove because the fragrance of this body
wash is far better than dove & the fragrance
of dove doesn’t last longer as compared to
this body wash.

• Dove is a very good soap till some extent but
in recent times I have stopped using dove
because it doesn’t last long & it melts very
soon even if kept in a closed soap case ,Thus I
have started using cinthol its better than dove
in terms of long usage.

DOVE PRODUCT
1) After using the dove soap on a regular basis I still felt the need to put
on face moisturiser and body lotion after each shower. I like the smell
but found it a bit overpowering at times. I would like to see them
increase the moisturising levels and produce dove it in a shower gel
format. On a scale of 1-5 I would probably give it 3 stars.
2) I have normal skin and facing some allergy of some kind of soap, My
family doctor have asked me for try dove soap. I have used this soap and I
was happy of using that. I have not got any issue and my face was looking
glowing and smooth. I was using Pears soap before this, but I have now
selected this soap for my daily usage, because its giving me shiny and
glowing skin without any allergy.This is suitable for all people from kids to
adults and I hope all you guys will be really happy with this soap.

dry,andneverhadanyissuesusingthis.

backinagaincauseIfeltlikeIdidn'trinsewell,itfeltcreamyifthatmakessense.I
usethiswhenIdon'twanttomoisturizebutIdon'twantmyfacetofeeldry.Itried
switchingtotheothertypesandtheliquidsoap,thegreenonesmellslikeIrish
springwhichIdon'tliketoostrongandthere'sapinkoneIthinkwhichdidn'tmake
anysignificantdifferenceandtheliquidonesmellssodarnstrongit'schoking.SoI
camebacktotheoriginalbar.I'llkeeprepurchasingthisitsniceandaffordable.

CONCLUSION:-
So hereby seeing all of the reviews we conclude that 65% people is
satisfied with dove and
are happily using it while 35% people are not satisfied ,
they are either satisfied with some other product or
dove doesn’t suits them.
All in one dove is a very good product in most of the reviews.

I am just disappointed in this product because it has a scent. The scent is OK smelling, but I wanted a product with no scent.   • 33. SURVEY BY MONISH 1. BHARTI Dove is a very famous brand in sanitary products from soaps to shampoo to conditioners. Dove soap is a very good cleanser with one quarter moisturizing milk. It cleanses the dirt, oil and pimples. I am the regular user of this soap. 2. EKTA Dove used to be my favourite soap for long time and have noticed it is a pretty good soap. However I have noticed that my skin would get a bitter dry after I used this soap. I had to put lotion afterwards. Overall soap is good but can be a bit drying if you are using it for a longer term.

CHARAN I used dove for a few months but once I started using the skin cottage body after that I have never used dove soap. As the skin cottage body has a large variety of body wash i.e with scrub & without scrub. Whereas dove has very little variety of soaps. I will suggest everyone to try skin cottage body wash once.

  • 55. DOVE PRODUCT 1) After using the dove soap on a regular basis I still felt the need to put on face moisturiser and body lotion after each shower. I like the smell but found it a bit overpowering at times. I would like to see them increase the moisturising levels and produce dove it in a shower gel format. On a scale of 1-5 I would probably give it 3 stars. 2) I have normal skin and facing some allergy of some kind of soap, My family doctor have asked me for try dove soap. I have used this soap and I was happy of using that. I have not got any issue and my face was looking glowing and smooth. I was using Pears soap before this, but I have now selected this soap for my daily usage, because its giving me shiny and glowing skin without any allergy.This is suitable for all people from kids to adults and I hope all you guys will be really happy with this soap.

CONCLUSION:- So hereby seeing all of the reviews we conclude that 65% people is satisfied with dove and are happily using it while 35% people are not satisfied , they are either satisfied with some other product or dove doesn’t suits them. All in one dove is a very good product in most of the reviews.
