School Board Meeting Report
The school board meeting went a lot quicker than I was expecting it to. The members
sped through many of the discussion topics they had for the day. Speaking of
members, the members that attended the meeting were Mike Calhoon, Scott Meiners,
Rusty Blare, Steve Kubik, Bill Mann, Nelle Schlomer. The member who wasn t
attending the meeting was Joe Hockett. I thought the schoolboard meeting went about
as well as it could have.
One of the speakers at the school board meeting was Laura Root. Her job was to
name all of the funds spent and made by the school district, which took longer than

contaminated that can cause disease or death if not treated right away. To
determine rather the sun has a positive or negative effect on rather or not microbial

local creek. Water that was primarily in a shaded area, where no sunlight could
reach and water that was completely exposed to sunlight, with a control variable of

exposed to sunlight was 0.7mm in section one, 1.5mm in section two, and 0.5 in
section three (table 1). The agar plate with a tap, sterilized water, had the largest
microbial in size at about 1.7 mm. The light exposed water had an increase in size
from section one at 0.5 mm to 1.1 in section 3.
Analyzing each plate, there was a physical feature that was easily identify for
example the surface, texture color and elevation. In the lighted plate, each section
had a smooth surface appearance, section 1 had a rigid texture but sections 2 and 3
had a buttery texture. Each section had a yellow color to it and its elevation was
raised just enough to be noticed. The shaded plate had sections 1 and 3 with a

On monday I attended his funeral. This was the hardest day in my entire life, I had
lost my favorite person and had to sit in a cold, hard chair, and watch his casket

as I realized I would never hear his voice again, smell his strong Aramis cologne, or

in museums around the world, with thousands of visitors daily trekking to see the
Mona Lisa, while just outside vendors are selling copies on canvas, poster and
magnet of the very same image. To help in the understanding of this phenomenon,
and to determine the work identity of the Mona Lisa, we shall examine the validity
of arguments put forth by Frank Sibley in Why the Mona Lisa May Not be a
Painting which draws upon several concepts of art identity put forth by Goodman and
Elgin in Interpretation and Identity: Can the Work Survive the World? . After this
examination I will briefly add on to Sibley s arguments bringing them a step further
in conclusion, but let us first begin with the establishing principles of work identity
proposed in the two articles.
When introducing the concept of text being equal to work, Goodman proposes
literary pluralism; where one text produces one work with multiple valid, and
allowably contradictory, interpretations. This pluralism is present only in allographic

What Do You Mean By Carson s Tone At Work
I think that in an overall sense, Carson is trying to get the reader to question what
she s wrote. What I mean by this is that the author is trying to get people to
question their own roots through literature and reflection while also trying to
break stereotypes. Many of her poems seem to have a blurred line between written
and oral deliverance (as in the way they re read), probably because she uses such
personalized tones throughout each poem. Poem 54 takes on the personal and
written tone through the repetitive use of you and shows that whichever persona
wrote this, they knew the recipient well. The repetitive use of you also effectively
creates an accusatory tone. It helps list all the things that the recipient hasn t done
/has done wrong but it also works as a plea using guilt to get the recipient to come
home. The author also repeats the word I a lot throughout the poem to help show
the recipient that they ve had to deal with the harder aspects in life while they were
away and that they were taking the easy route by only showing up to funerals instead
