Economics of Ability
From the everyday to the futuristic, our abilities as humans (and machines) evolve throughout our lifetimes. We are part of a vast, influential range of abilities, both cognitive and physical, that are constantly in flux and influencing one another. This spectrum of ability is a constant reverberating tide that affects everyone, and moves culture.
There are cultural forces radiating across the spectrum of ability in a number of mega trends we follow here at sparks & honey, such as unapologetic, frictionless and AI ethics. These trends are evident in our relationships with one another and with technology, in fashion and design, our workplaces, and in the streets we walk, run or drive through. In this report, we examine the pervading tide of culture through the lens of ability, affecting all of us.
We’re looking toward a future–evident already in our lives today–where ability can be enhanced, morphed, designed and modular. For some, this will increasingly be a necessity, and for others, a luxury. For some time, we’ve been enhancing our abilities: with pacemakers, tech tattoos for diabetics that measures glucose levels, or bionic limbs.
As we infuse our lives with technology and look to robots for companionship, entertainment and assistance, ability becomes a question of human and civil rights. And maybe even, robot rights.
What does tomorrow look like – for all of us?

Methodology
For this report, sparks & honey conducted primary research and interviewed experts in the field of ability, including thought leaders from our Influencer Advisory Board (IAB). We surveyed 1,009 people in the US, aged 18 to 65, to engage their perceptions on evolving technologies. Leveraging social listening, patent analysis, and our proprietary Cultural Intelligence system, we combed through thousands of signals to build a vision of the future cultural landscape of ability.

HANDICAP HUMAN INTERACTION DEVICE
Communication between normal and handicapped person such as deaf people, dumb people, and blind people has always been a challenging task. Above portion shows the real communication between two societies. Our approach is important for deaf, dumb & blind person's decision-making and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). It's a gift for a person who would like to learn language. It is useful for deaf, dumb & blind persons for their communication. The invention aims to facilitate people by means glove based deaf, dumb and blind communication interpreter system. The glove is internally equipped with flex sensor. For each specific gesture, the flex sensor produces a proportional change in resistance according to bending of finger of hand. The processing of these hand gestures is done in microcontroller. In addition, the system also includes a text to speech conversion block which translates the matched gestures i.e. text to voice output which help blind person during communication

Career Guidance and Counselling
Sach Honge Sapne is a UNDP-led digital initiative to disseminate information on soft skills and job readiness as well as sector skills and opportunities. It is aimed at youth with limited access to career guidance and related resources. As UNDP’s primary partner in the initiative, we developed a plan for optimal reach and impact through the campaign. In order to connect with the target audience, HHH in partnership with UNDP produced a series of informative videos featuring career coaches and sector experts. We then followed this up with individual outreach and career counselling sessions with youth who registered online. All in all, this was a large-scale digital effort with results that exceeded the original targets.
Youth from marginalized areas often lack access to career resources and training to boost employability and build 21st century skills. We aim to address this gap through a holistic approach that includes contextual career information, social-emotional learning, skill development for job readiness, and individual career guidance.
Persuasive Psychology for Interactive Design
The Persuasive Communication Model offers a convenient system that you can use to design mobile applications, websites, or social media campaigns. You can use the model when you are developing new products, trying to improve old ones, or seeking to identify the success principles that lay behind your competitors’ products.
When designing new technologies or fixing old ones, the model provides a checklist of persuasion principles that you can use to compare your design with scientifically validate influence principles. The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.
