4.  To provide young workers, the opportunity to
demonstrate their talents and skills in the field
of public service with the ultimate purpose of
attracting the best and the brightest who want
to pursue a career in government service;
DOLE-GIP OBJECTIVES
 To fast track the implementation and monitoring
of DOLE programs and projects related to
employment facilitation and social protection, all
of which directly contributes to the goal of
inclusive growth through massive employment
generation.

If more than 30 years old, can I apply as GIP or
Intern?
 Generally, NO.
 But, YES, if such GIP applicant is presently
residing in a calamity stricken area and shall
present a valid proof. (SP/SB RESOLUTION)
declaring under state of calamity.

tech-voc graduates
 Diploma
 Application Form (Printed Online)
 Internship Agreement (Printed Online)
 2pcs (2x2 picture)

SCHOOL RECORDS (any of the 3)
 Barangay Certificate of Residency (optional)
 School Card (grade)

7. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Beneficiaries of the DOLE-GIP shall perform
the following duties and functions:
 Profiling of child laborer/s in the brgy
 Profiling of skilled workers in the brgy
 Encoding of registrants in Skills
Registry System (SRS)
 Serve as manpower compliment/office
aide and other funcion not highly-
technical in nature

government office within Davao del Norte.
