Are you following class?
Questions:
1. HOW WOULD YOU APPLY THE
F.I.T.T PRINCIPLE INTO A
PHYSICALLY ACTIVE
LIFESTYLE?
2. HOW CAN YOU TELL HOW
INTENSE AN ACTIVITY OR
EXCERSICE IS?
Thank you, class, very well said! Let’s
start with the description of FITT
Principle to get a better understanding
of our topic.
What is F.I.T.T Principle? The FITT
Principle (or formula) is a great way of
monitoring your exercise program. The
acronym FITT outlines the key
components, or training guidelines, for
an effective exercise program, and the
initials F, I, T, T, stand for: Frequency,
Intensity, Time, and Type.
Yes, let’s take a closer look at each of
the principle individually, who can
read?
Okay please read Mr. Azul.
Frequency: refers to the frequency of
exercise undertaken or how often you
exercise.
Intensity:
refers to the intensity of exercise
undertaken or how hard you exercise.
Yes ma’am!
Maria: Do some household chores
ma’am
Nelly: Monitor your heart rate
ma’am and you’re breathing.
Azul is tapped the raising hand icon.
5. Time:

how long you exercise for.
Type:
refers to the type of exercise undertaken or
what kind of exercise you do.
Alright! Thank you.
Question:
1. Do I need to work out every day?
Very Good class, I am delighted you were
already aware of this, now let’s discuss and
look at some examples of how we can use
the FITT Principles.
Can anyone give me an example where we
can use the FITT?
How about others?
Very good!
Let’s proceed to the FITT Table
LetDirection: I have prepared recipes.
The same group earlier you will prepare
measuring of ingredients depends on
the recipe I am going to give you.

out every day it can improve your muscle
strength and boost your endurance.

on the intensity of workouts.
