The document outlines the weekly objectives and lesson plans for a physical education class. The objectives are focused on lifestyle, weight management, and physical fitness. Each day's lesson plan assesses student habits and teaches a new physical activity skill, like the hexagon agility test or basic plank. Formative assessments are conducted during and at the end of each week to evaluate student learning and identify those requiring additional remediation activities. The teacher is asked to reflect on what instructional strategies worked well, any difficulties encountered, and how supervisors can provide help to better assist students.

Objectives must be met over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises and remedial activities may
be done for developing content knowledge and competencies. These are assessed using Formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and enable children to
find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the curriculum guides.
