the creation of economic, social, legal and
other guarantees ensuring human rights and
freedoms, to fight against violations of human
rights and freedoms and to restore infringed
rights. (Article 19.1)

campaign, it should be continuous and long
term activity with clear vision.

22. What to do?
1. Establish a working group to develop a master plan for
consolidated and coordinated public education by business
community
2. The plan should cover the following matters:
• Regular public opinion survey
• Developing commonly shared basic concepts necessary for
communicating with the public and policy developers
• Developing commonly shared methodology for evaluating
impact of business activities on society
• Developing content and dissemination
• Building necessary capacity within BCM for public education,
including budget, staffing, performance measurements and
incentives
