and keep the page running 
 Information is only visible

newer posts replace it.

media so it is hard to come 
up with new angles.

of waiting for it to become

 Target audience have to 
travel to access cinema’s as 
well as pay to see the film. 
 May not do well in box 
office so money may not 
be recovered. 
 Little to no chance of a 
first-time film maker’s 
production to be shown.
The most suitable form of marketing distribution would be print 
because there are several forms that appeal to different age groups 
so I would be able to target my audience through the form of print 
media. You can also organise the cost as there are several sizes of 
adverts that you can chose from. However with this the price could 
be quite high if you want your advert to stand out from competitors. 
The most suitable form of presenting distribution would be YouTube 
because it is a popular form of entertainment for my target audience 
and there is little chance of cinema showing my film as I am an 
unknown film-maker. Another benefit of YouTube is that there is a 
chance that I can be “discovered” which could then lead to a better 
future career in film. As well as this it is free to post your video, cost 
comes into the picture when promoting it both online and in print as 
shown above.

ADVANTAGES  Suitable for my target audience as they are more likely to see it.  For short periods of time the adverts can be quite cheap (cheaper than other forms of advertising)  Pay per click so if you don’t get any views you wont be charged.   • 4. ADVANTAGES  Free presentation.  Lots of my target audience will see it as it is appealing to the age group  Chance of being “discovered” and progressing in the film industry. DISADVANTAGES  Small chance of the video actually being seen if you are a first time movie maker.  Hard to advertise that form of distribution.  If you are a new channel there is very small chance of viewing

ADVANTAGES  Popular for my target audience.  Immediate viewing instead of waiting for it to become available.  Wide viewing DISADVANTAGES  Very expensive.  Target audience have to travel to access cinema’s as well as pay to see the film.  May not do well in box office so money may not be recovered.  Little to no chance of a first-time film maker’s production to be shown.

The most suitable form of marketing distribution would be print because there are several forms that appeal to different age groups so I would be able to target my audience through the form of print media. You can also organise the cost as there are several sizes of adverts that you can chose from. However with this the price could be quite high if you want your advert to stand out from competitors. The most suitable form of presenting distribution would be YouTube because it is a popular form of entertainment for my target audience and there is little chance of cinema showing my film as I am an unknown film-maker. Another benefit of YouTube is that there is a chance that I can be “discovered” which could then lead to a better future career in film. As well as this it is free to post your video, cost comes into the picture when promoting it both online and in print as shown above.
