Purpose
The purpose of the program is to develop and strengthen your capabilities
for making an impact and your performance as a manager in relation to
both daily operations and development of your organization. The purpose
is also to challenge your mindset in order for you to get a thorough under-
standing of what follows the right and obligation to manage.
Target group
Are you expecting to become a manager or have you been a manager for
a short period of time, then DI Management Program is relevant for you.
The program also targets managers who have had the position for a long
time but who lack knowledge about basic management tools and manage-
ment theories.
