Digitalization of culture and Creative Commons
The digitalization of modern life and the implications of the Creative Commons license. Digitalization has changed content creation and consumption through new technologies, lowered costs, and user-generated content. This has challenged traditional copyright models and business models. The Creative Commons license was created to address this by providing an alternative to "all rights reserved" that allows for certain uses like non-commercial sharing and remixing. However, determining what is legal and ethical around content sharing continues to be a complex issue with arguments on both sides and ongoing legal developments around the world.

När det gäller upphovsrätten gäller samma regler, fast vi använder andra ord, upphovsrättsintrång t ex. Att skydda upphovsrätten har ansetts vara viktigt över hela världen. Det finns världsomspännande regler på området. Bernkonventionen från 1898 är den äldsta.
