Feedback found that the ePPSME model increases engagement and helps students develop reflection skills.

CHAMP Advisory Committee Meeting Feb 24 2014
This document provides guidance for compiling an open educational resource (OER) course containing all elements from a CCNS course that addresses all CCNS competencies and topic areas. The compiled OER course should be organized by competencies and topics rather than units or dates. It should include all relevant course elements such as syllabus, readings, assignments, assessments, and feedback mechanisms. The goal is to share this expertise and experience within the consortium and beyond to help other practitioners.

In this session we welcomed first time visitors to the AUA conference. This was an ideal opportunity to network with other newcomers, see what’s in store for the two days, and find out how to get the most out of the conference.

Digital Dividend
The document discusses the digital dividend spectrum in India that will be freed up after the switch from analog to digital television. It proposes allocating the 698-806 MHz band, known as the 700 MHz band, for mobile broadband services. Using this band would enable cost-effective rollout of services, especially in rural areas, and help bridge the digital divide. One of the ways to achieve the same is through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or e-Governance, a significant enabler for the endeavor. In e-governance there are no distinct boundaries as in near future technologies like open source and cloud computing will boost the E-Governance system.

e-governance in India
E-governance involves two-way communication between governments and citizens to deliver public services electronically. It aims to reduce corruption and ensure services reach beneficiaries. E-governance has technological, social, cultural, political, and psychological components. It provides better access to information and accountability for citizens while simplifying and expanding the reach of governance, though challenges in India include lack of integration, key personnel, multiple languages and large population. Questionnaire on Mobile usage
This survey is being conducted to gather information about consumers' mobile phone usage and features used other than making calls. Participation is voluntary and anonymous, with 20 multiple choice and short answer questions focused on brand, usage time, favorite features, service providers, and health concerns. The survey should take about two minutes to complete.

Online buying behaviour of consumer electronics in india
The document summarizes research on the online shopping behavior of consumers in India aged 18-30 years. The primary objective was to determine factors influencing online purchases. Secondary objectives were to determine psychographic profiles of online shoppers and their average spending/frequency. A survey of 145 individuals found that among perceived risks, none significantly affected attitudes at the 5% level, while brand variety among perceived benefits significantly impacted attitudes. The study found attitude significantly influences online buying behavior. Future work could examine additional factors and improve the measurement methodology.

Here are a few key points about using data to improve learning:
- Data can help identify issues like high attrition rates in certain subjects, and lack of student preparation or engagement. But it needs to be interpreted carefully within the proper context.
- Personalized learning approaches using data may help students by recommending resources tailored to their needs and progress. But it also raises issues around privacy, bias, and over-reliance on algorithms.
- Data should supplement, not replace, educators' expertise and judgment. The human element of teaching and mentoring is still important for student well-being and development.
- Students should be actively involved in discussing how their data is used, to maintain trust and accountability. Their consent
