INTRODUCTION
Dear Candidate,
In this application, you will be able to use all your creativity while creating & designing your own
application to stand for the Member Committee 15-16 of AIESEC India.
The process has been designed to bring out the best in you through your application. At the
same time, filling the application will support you in preparing yourself for a great term on the
Member Committee.
The application for AIESEC India Member Committee 15-16 is divided into 7 parts:
1. Executive Summary : A One page summary of your entire application
2. Your Bio : Create your own Biography & share it with us. You have just one limitation - 1 Page.
3. Your CV : Give us the all important information we need to know about you, your career, other
jobs you have had, contact details etc. You can use a maximum of 1 page to create your CV.
4. Application Questionnaire : This should not exceed 9 Pages.
5. Endorsements:
For AIESEC India Members:
- An endorsement from your Home LC
- An endorsement from THREE other LCs in AIESEC India (by LCP Current or Elect)
- An endorsement from another AIESEC Country (MC Level - Current Term)
- An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone
you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory]
For International Applicants:
- An endorsement from your home LC
- An endorsement from THREE AIESEC Countries (MCP level - current term)
- An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone
you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory]
Note : Candidates who are applying for MC VP BD need to submit another endorsement from a
client who they have worked with.
6. Year Plan - The year plan for the portfolio you are applying for. Maximum 2 Pages or an Excel
Sheet.
7. Video - All candidates are expected to make a 5 minute video as a part of their application.
This video will be used for pre-screening by the MCP elect & online vote of confidence by the
LCPs.
INTRODUCTION
Things to keep in mind for the video:
1. You need to upload the video on YouTube
2. Any video longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted
3. If you are applying for two roles, then you need to make two videos
4. The video is not being evaluated on your technical video making skills
Additional Notes For The Application:
You can create your own design (graphic style & color usage). Make sure you create a separate
file for all the parts of the application. We will be expecting the following documents

5. Endorsements
6. Year Plan
If you are applying for more than one position, make sure you attach a different file with the
answers to the specific questionnaire for the additional position (Second option) that you will be
running for.

GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE
1. Why does India need AIESEC? How will AIESEC move closer to its vision by doing AIESEC in a
country like India?
2. What is the role of the Member Committee of AIESEC India currently? What should be the role
of the Member Committee of AIESEC India in the AIESEC 2015 context? How do we bridge this
gap?
3. Describe AIESEC to a ten (!0) year-old kid in maximum of fifty (50) words.
4. Critically analyse AIESEC India’s performance (Across organisational goals) & strategic directon
from 2010 to 2014 (Calendar year). Specifically mention key achievements, non achievements
& learnings of the 2014 calendar year.
5. Describe your experience in AIESEC India from 2012-2014 & evaluate how the organizational
directon in each year has affected the same.
6. How have you evolved as an individual in AIESEC? Present the before and after analysis of
yourself.
7. What has been your most impactful conference experience. Present your analysis of the way it
might have been designed.

3. What are the three key exchange trends globally as well as nationally in the past two years
(2013 vs 2014)? How do you think AIESEC India should capitalise on these trends to
achieve more number of quality exchange experiences?
4. Considering the number of changes implemented in AIESEC India’s iGCDP 2014-15. Mention
each change and how do you plan to take each forward. Specially highlight the changes
implemented till now.
5. Highlight the loop holes in exchange process management in iGCDP leading to low delivery
rate & high delivery time. What are the measures that can help us increase delivery rate &
reduce delivery time?
6. Briefly comment on AIESEC In India’s International Relations strategy. Present ideas on how
AIESEC In India can build stronger International Relations with respect to iGCDP.
7. Present a quality management plan for iGCDP for the term 2015-16.
8. How do you foresee the development on Nationalised Projects & Regional projects playing a
key role for AIESEC India?
9. Please present a year plan. It should cover goals, projects & initiatives for the term
2015-16.

in as compared to what it is today? How will you drive this evolution in every single LC?
6. Briefly comment on AIESEC In India’s International Relations Strategy. Present ideas on how
AIESEC In India can build stronger International Relations strategy for oGCDP.
7. A considerable number of LCs in AIESEC In India do less than 40 oGCDP annually. Develop a
plan for an LC like this to deliver 100 oGCDP experiences within one year’s span.
8. Choose any AIESEC country which provides considerable amount of oGCDP experiences to
the network & compare it with AIESEC India. How can we learn from them? Present a
strategy for the same for the coming year.

3.Prepare a concise report on learnings of OD Strategy from AIESEC Brazil, AIESEC Colombia,
AIESEC Egypt and AIESEC Russia. How do you plan to bring these learnings to AIESEC India
in 15.16 with the implementation of growth and innovations?
4. Assess objectively Organization Development as a portfolio on AIESEC India MC in 14.15.
What will this evolve with responsible for Growth and Innovations?
5.State all the Portfolios on the MC that you would work in synergy with. Mention Projects-
KPIs that you would undertake and support for the above.
6. Prepare a brief P-V-I-M (Physical-Virtual-Individual-Mass) Chart of major communication
messages that you plan to manage in 15.16 term. How will you work with the IM manager
for the same?
7. Considering that there is no VP Operations in the 15.16 team, how do you plan to work
with the MCVPs of programs for uniform entity focus.
8. Evaluate the program contribution of Tier 3 - Tier 4 to AIESEC India over the past 3 years.
How will you incorporate projects/areas in your growth model which will influence growth
from these entities?
9. Design an innovation plan for an LC in 2015 to reach 1000 Exchanges.

practices externally and how can AIESEC capitalise on the same? Would they need to be
customised to AIESEC’s operations, if so how?

recruit? will we keep? will we develop? will lead?

  • 3. INTRODUCTION Dear Candidate, In this application, you will be able to use all your creativity while creating & designing your own application to stand for the Member Committee 15-16 of AIESEC India. The process has been designed to bring out the best in you through your application. At the same time, filling the application will support you in preparing yourself for a great term on the Member Committee. The application for AIESEC India Member Committee 15-16 is divided into 7 parts: 1. Executive Summary : A One page summary of your entire application 2. Your Bio : Create your own Biography & share it with us. You have just one limitation - 1 Page. 3. Your CV : Give us the all important information we need to know about you, your career, other jobs you have had, contact details etc. You can use a maximum of 1 page to create your CV. 4. Application Questionnaire : This should not exceed 9 Pages. 5. Endorsements: For AIESEC India Members: - An endorsement from your Home LC - An endorsement from THREE other LCs in AIESEC India (by LCP Current or Elect) - An endorsement from another AIESEC Country (MC Level - Current Term) - An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory] For International Applicants: - An endorsement from your home LC - An endorsement from THREE AIESEC Countries (MCP level - current term) - An endorsement from (i) Someone who you have led, (ii) Someone who led you & (iii) Someone you worked with [Co worker] - Please note all these three endorsements are mandatory] Note : Candidates who are applying for MC VP BD need to submit another endorsement from a client who they have worked with. 6. Year Plan - The year plan for the portfolio you are applying for. Maximum 2 Pages or an Excel Sheet. 7. Video - All candidates are expected to make a 5 minute video as a part of their application. This video will be used for pre-screening by the MCP elect & online vote of confidence by the LCPs.
  • 4. INTRODUCTION Things to keep in mind for the video: 1. You need to upload the video on YouTube 2. Any video longer than 5 minutes will not be accepted 3. If you are applying for two roles, then you need to make two videos 4. The video is not being evaluated on your technical video making skills Additional Notes For The Application: You can create your own design (graphic style & color usage). Make sure you create a separate file for all the parts of the application. We will be expecting the following documents 1. Executive summary 2. Biography 3. CV 4. Questionnaire 5. Endorsements 6. Year Plan If you are applying for more than one position, make sure you attach a different file with the answers to the specific questionnaire for the additional position (Second option) that you will be running for.   • 5. GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE 1. Why does India need AIESEC? How will AIESEC move closer to its vision by doing AIESEC in a country like India? 2. What is the role of the Member Committee of AIESEC India currently? What should be the role of the Member Committee of AIESEC India in the AIESEC 2015 context? How do we bridge this gap? 3. Describe AIESEC to a ten (!0) year-old kid in maximum of fifty (50) words. 4. Critically analyse AIESEC India’s performance (Across organisational goals) & strategic directon from 2010 to 2014 (Calendar year). Specifically mention key achievements, non achievements & learnings of the 2014 calendar year. 5. Describe your experience in AIESEC India from 2012-2014 & evaluate how the organizational directon in each year has affected the same. 6. How have you evolved as an individual in AIESEC? Present the before and after analysis of yourself. 7. What has been your most impactful conference experience. Present your analysis of the way it might have been designed. video QUESTIONNAIRE 1. Your introduction 2. Why do you think your life history will create the best selling autobiography? 3. Why do you want to continue in AIESEC? 4. Why AIESEC India Member Committee? 5. Which popular character from any pop culture (movies, books, comics etc) you think you are the closest to? How do you think will this role complement the MC? 6. Role specific question (mentioned in each of the specific questionnaire)
  • 6. VICE PRESIDENT Global Citizen (Organisations) 1. Why are you applying for the role of Vice President iGCDP? 2. Comment on AIESEC In india’s current performance in iGCDP. What are the three key growth drivers which need to be used to support sustainable growth? 3. What are the three key exchange trends globally as well as nationally in the past two years (2013 vs 2014)? How do you think AIESEC India should capitalise on these trends to achieve more number of quality exchange experiences? 4. Considering the number of changes implemented in AIESEC India’s iGCDP 2014-15. Mention each change and how do you plan to take each forward. Specially highlight the changes implemented till now. 5. Highlight the loop holes in exchange process management in iGCDP leading to low delivery rate & high delivery time. What are the measures that can help us increase delivery rate & reduce delivery time? 6. Briefly comment on AIESEC In India’s International Relations strategy. Present ideas on how AIESEC In India can build stronger International Relations with respect to iGCDP. 7. Present a quality management plan for iGCDP for the term 2015-16. 8. How do you foresee the development on Nationalised Projects & Regional projects playing a key role for AIESEC India? 9. Please present a year plan. It should cover goals, projects & initiatives for the term 2015-16.   • 7. VICE PRESIDENT global citizen (Students) 1. Why are you applying for the role of Vice President oGCDP? 2. Comment on AIESEC In India’s current performance in oGCDP. What are the three key growth drivers which need to be used to support sustainable growth? 3. What are the key exchange trends globally as well as nationally in the past two years (2013 vs 2014)? How do you think AIESEC India should capitalize on these trends to accomplish the 2015 and further 2016 goals? 4. Explain the current state of University Relations across LCs in India. How would you evolve University Relations in order to maximize experience delivery? 5. How do you see the role of a member in oGCDP evolving with the new process flow coming in as compared to what it is today? How will you drive this evolution in every single LC? 6. Briefly comment on AIESEC In India’s International Relations Strategy. Present ideas on how AIESEC In India can build stronger International Relations strategy for oGCDP. 7. A considerable number of LCs in AIESEC In India do less than 40 oGCDP annually. Develop a plan for an LC like this to deliver 100 oGCDP experiences within one year’s span. 8. Choose any AIESEC country which provides considerable amount of oGCDP experiences to the network & compare it with AIESEC India. How can we learn from them? Present a strategy for the same for the coming year. 9. Please present a year plan, it should cover goals, projects & initiatives for the term 2015-16.   • 10. VICE PRESIDENT growth and innovations 1.What according to you are the Roles and Responsibilities of a VP Growth and Innovations? Customize these roles and responsibilities according to what AIESEC India needs for 15.16 term. 2. What according to you should be the elements of the AIESEC India Growth Model? How should this be different/similar to AIESEC India MC 15.16 Strategy? 3.Prepare a concise report on learnings of OD Strategy from AIESEC Brazil, AIESEC Colombia, AIESEC Egypt and AIESEC Russia. How do you plan to bring these learnings to AIESEC India in 15.16 with the implementation of growth and innovations? 4. Assess objectively Organization Development as a portfolio on AIESEC India MC in 14.15. What will this evolve with responsible for Growth and Innovations? 5.State all the Portfolios on the MC that you would work in synergy with. Mention Projects- KPIs that you would undertake and support for the above. 6. Prepare a brief P-V-I-M (Physical-Virtual-Individual-Mass) Chart of major communication messages that you plan to manage in 15.16 term. How will you work with the IM manager for the same? 7. Considering that there is no VP Operations in the 15.16 team, how do you plan to work with the MCVPs of programs for uniform entity focus. 8. Evaluate the program contribution of Tier 3 - Tier 4 to AIESEC India over the past 3 years. How will you incorporate projects/areas in your growth model which will influence growth from these entities? 9. Design an innovation plan for an LC in 2015 to reach 1000 Exchanges. Present key experiences that you have had in the past which has brought out these skills and knowledge.

Elaborate on Talent Management as a behaviour to be driven and processes to be implemented? Where do the two aspects meet? Where do they diverge? Is there a need for a balance? If yes, how can that be achieved? 3. How according to you can we improve the member experience in AIESEC in India? 4. What are the key Human Resources/ Talent Management/ Learning and Development practices externally and how can AIESEC capitalise on the same? Would they need to be customised to AIESEC’s operations, if so how? 5. What is the ideal culture for AIESEC India in 2015-2016? How will you measure it’s success? 6. Create a model that answers the following questions: Who/What/How/ Why: will we recruit? will we keep? will we develop? will lead? 7. How can every ELD experience we provide reflect the Leadership Development Model? 8. How do you see LEAD evolving in AIESEC India 2015-2016 for better member experience? 9. Please present a year plan focused on goals, projects, initiatives and synergy points for each programme and Talent Management and Learning and Development associated with it. What would you like Continue and Stop with the introduction of VP Customer Experience? 3. Please comment on brand awareness and alignment of local committees with national direction. How can we be the first choice for the best students in India? 4. What are the key behaviours you wish to drive in the organisation? How will it contribute to the growth of our brand? 5. i> Take into account MAD, Enactus and TFI, what can we learn from them? How can we collaborate and compete with them for better credibility in the country? ii> Choose 2 different AIESEC countries who are good in Marketing. What can we learn from them? Mention one project you would want to replicate in AIESEC India. iii> Choose an Indian brand you respect and one external trend you follow, what can we learn from them in their physical and online customer experience? 6. Present a plan to create a digitally enabled AIESEC. 7. Compare AIESEC to an external brand with high quality customer experience and mention what can we learn from them? 8. Please present a year plan for each phase (EWA,ELD,LLC): it should cover goals, projects and timelines for the term 2015-16. Present a plan with projects you will co-create, initiatives you will take up, people you will work with and outcomes you will derive. 5. What should be an ideal digital experience of a young person, professional, corporate firm or NGO representative according to you starting from stranger to promoter phase?
