Workshop Dinners: We would like to invite you to sign up for our Workshop Dinners. Two Workshops will be invited to have dinner with 6-8 attendees for a more in-depth conversation. Dinner is on us!
Audio Interviews: We will interview you before the show using Google Hangout or Skype and parts of your interview will be included in our media/advertising.
Free In-Session Photography: We will have professional photographers on-site to take photographs during your session and we will send them to you for free.
What is published about Workshop? Branded workshop description (sponsored by) with company branding and speaker profile page.
Workshop Profile Pages – Workshop sponsors get a branded session description page and a speaker profile page. The workshop session page includes up to 500 word description, sponsorship logo, and visit website button to encourage visitors to go to your website. The workshop presenter page includes a photo, profile bio up to 250 words, an in text link, and a button to encourage visitors to go to a website of your choice.
Full Workshop Description Page – a dedicated web page with its own URL. Web page stays on site for at least 1 year.
Workshop Speaker Profile Page – a dedicated web page with its own URL. Web page stays on site for at least 1 year.
Workshop Photo– Photo on profile page is linked to your website.
Session Description – up to 500 words to describe your workshop.
Speaker Profile – up to 250 words for a speaker bio.

What media content do I get from the conference? Audio interview before show.
How can Workshops use the media content? Embed the audio into their website or reference the interview on the DMFB website (can be more credible).
Audio Interviews Workshop sponsors are interviewed remotely by Skype or Google Hangouts. The workshop sponsor provides interview questions. The audio from the interviews is transcribed providing text that is converted into media posts.
Pre-Show Interview – audio interview - podcast. Converted to text and used for media posts.
Interview Questions – provided by the workshop sponsor.
Interview to Media Post Conversion – recordings are transcribed to text which are converted into media posts.

How does DMFB Promote me? Publishing media (posts) about your session and its solutions on social media channels and in media channels.
DMFB Workshop Promotion Sponsored workshop sessions receive extra promotion to ensure your get a larger audience. This includes social media blog posts, Tweets, directory listings, and inclusion in the printed event guide. We also provide you with promotion tips and reminders to help you do some simple self-promotion.

Can workshop presenters offer DMFB special promotions? Yes – at the end of the session.
Can product photos be used in the main presentation? Yes – if they provide value to the audience.
Workshop Rules - it is OK for you to indirectly promote products or services as part of your presentation, but please no direct sales pitches. Also, your sessions should be unbiased and should be solution focused.
Direct Promotion – ok at the end of your presentation.
Unbiased – talk about what you can do. Avoid talking about what competitors can’t do.
Solution Focused – give attendees value for attending your session. They talk to other people. Workshop session attendees are be given evaluation forms to rate the value of your session.
How many Slides for Presentation? Should be 5 to 30 slides.
Workshop Sponsorship Submission – propose a title, description, and the key benefits for your audience.
Presentation Submission - submit your presentation as either Powerpoint slides or as a PDF document.
Submission Review – we review your presentations to ensure they have valuable content, are unbiased, and limit self promotion to the end of your session.
Sample Slides – you can submit sample (teaser) slides that we add to your session description.
Profile Pages – you will receive submission requests for session and speaker bio profile pages.
