Instructors
• DEI has 160 employees, of which the full-time instructors are 60
  approximately. Those instructors obtained more than 180 pieces (i.e CCIE,
  CLP, MCSE, MCSD, MCITP, OCP, PMP, etc) of professional certificates.
• All the R&D engineers working at the other institutes are our instructor
  candidates.
• More than 120 part-time instructors come from the industry and the
  academia, who have practical experiences and are helpful to teach hands-
  on courses.
• The instructors take trainings abroad, in order to import pioneering
  technologies and pervade them into domestic industries.

Materials




 Import advanced technologies and materials in time, and pervade
  them to the industry.
 Apply the know-how of knowledge factory, simulation skills, fast
  production tools, etc., and develop various e-learning courseware.
 III was the first Asian organization obtained The ASTD ECC
  Courseware Certification in 2005.

• The Curriculum Orientations are held to help the
  trainees plan their careers.
• More than 500 enterprises have registered in the
  talents-finding database, which are helpful to
  achieve the job-matching.
• The collaboration with 104 Job Bank, Career
  Consulting, etc. are effective to urge job-matching.
• The average job-finding rate is above 90%.
• We offer loan to poor students, and have assisted
  at least 130 students to cultivate ICT specialties
  and found the job.
• The connections with Sylvan Prometric and VUE
  Testing can let the trainees register and pass int’l
  certifications via Internet.
• DEI cooperates with IPA (Information-Technology
  Promotion Agency, Japan) to promote mutual-
  certification across nations.
