High-tech architecture, also known as Late Modernism or Structural Expressionism, is an architectural style that emerged in the 1970s, incorporating elements of high-tech industry and technology into building design.
High-tech architecture appeared as a revamped modernism , an extension of those previous ideas helped by even more technological advances.
This category serves as a bridge between modernism and post-modernism ; there remain gray areas as to where one category ends and the other begins. In the 1980s, high-tech architecture became more difficult to distinguish from post-modern architecture. Some of its ideas were later absorbed into the style of Neo-Futurism art and architectural movement.
As the flagship project for the next downtown Boston neighborhood slated for growth, Atlantic Wharf will be the city of Boston’s first LEED Gold mixed-use development. CBT Architects presents a case study on this new one million square foot project that includes approximately 65 residential units, ground-level retail and public spaces, six stories of below-grade parking, and 31 floors of office space that will bring urban activity directly to the Fort Point Channel water’s edge.
The new sustainable development is at the base of a series of restored and renovated historic structures that preserve the texture and streetscape of this site, integrated with a modern highrise glass tower. By preserving the south and east façades of the historic warehouses, using a very energy-efficient curtainwall, and employing green roof technologies, Atlantic Wharf will be the a centerpiece of Boston's green development.

manifested ideas from concepts to the analytical research can be “a visual”. Providing a visual in the form of a sketch, drawing,
perspective or an analytical report, used to depend only on the ability of manual presentation skills of the architect or designer.
The client’s provocation in knowing the possible outcome as realistic as possible validates the anticipations former to execution
igniting and intensifying the challenge of producing more accurate presentable visuals by an architect. Computer aided design
tools and certain software facilitates beautified, presentable, streamlined, accurate, professional interpretation of architects
ideas, manifested thought processes using many tools such as a drawing, logical or analytical simulators, etc. that contribute in
creating the virtual reality at its most possible accuracy levels. Software is a communicator of the resource capital of design, i.e.
“Architect’s idea”, and facilitates in visual perception of all the other stakeholders. The bits and bytes of various idea sparks by
an architect can be programmed on a logical platform with various software languages to produce a “visual” on the silicon
screen. Architectural design process is both common and unique for a student, academician, research anticipator or a
professional, ranging from concept to the final presentation outcome. This paper gives a consolidated account of various
softwares that can ease out the manifestations of thoughts on a digital platform for producing more accurate and presentable

This paper examines the concept of Augmented reality and its various applications in civil engineering. The concept envisages reducing, or rather eliminating errors that creep in during construction process due to human and other technical errors. This uses the techniques of holographic projections and other mobile applications to create a 3D image of the drawing. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
