TRAINING METHODOLOGY
One day exciting and interactive session will strengthen your communication skills, overcome the difficulties of
working with more than one boss, provide insights to achieve work/life balance, and develop your business
management skills. It is also relevant as actual situations are discussed. Participants will be expected to immerse fully
in this workshop to be able to return to work with many new ideas, techniques, and skills and apply them in practice.
