class is over. During the course, I have had some accomplishments with my fitness plan. I also had
challenges trying to accomplish my goals. The Fitbit app helped me track my activity and helped me
accomplish my daily goal. I learned a lot about fitness and what it takes to become healthier. My
attitude towards fitness changed after taking this course. I stayed motivated in different ways. The
content of the course did meet my expectations. I will continue to work on my fitness routine once this
course is complete. My overall fitness goals are to be able to run a mile on the treadmill without
getting tired or stopping, improve my muscular strength and endurance, and become more flexible.
My goal is to be able to do more than ten pushups without getting tired or my arms getting sore. I also
want to be able to touch my toes and be able to hold stretching position longer than thirty seconds.
Overall I just want to become healthier and in shape. I do think that I can accomplish these goals with
hard work and determination. I have had accomplishments and successes in the course itself. I can
now run a mile in twelve minutes or less. I can bike for fifteen minutes without slowing down or
stopping. I can lift thirty five pounds now and do three sets of fifteen repetitions. I have also started

22.5% making Islam the fastest growing religion in the entire world, exceeding even the growth rate
of Christianity. The American Muslim Council has estimated that there are 2,000 mosques and Islamic
community centers in the United States. More than 80% percent have been built in the past 12 years.
Is it possible then that Islam, such an attractive and fast growing religion, can be completely flawed?
Yes, the religion of Islam is filled with historical, scientific, and most importantly spiritual flaws.
Answering this question is important because people are becoming more and more blind to the truth of
the Christian religion by the rapid growth of Islam. Outlining the flaws of Islam also helps to bring out
the accuracy of the Christian religion.
How is it possible that Islam, the fastest growing religion, is so full of errors? Islam is growing so
rapidly because many of its followers are unaware of the extent of its corruption, and many of its

Differences Between Greek Theatre And Theatre
Opera and theater share many similarities especially since the former is influenced by the latter. In his
text, A Short History of Opera, Donald Grout defines opera as a drama in music: a dramatic action,
exhibited on stage with scenery by actors in costume, the words conveyed entirely or for the most part
by singing, and the whole sustained and amplified by orchestral music (4). Opera literally translates to
work. The first known opera that was performed was in 1597. However, interestingly enough, the
word opera was not used until 1634 (Grout 1). The origins of seventeenth century opera can be traced
back to Greek drama and medieval theatre. Throughout the seventeenth century, many different kinds
of operas can be found from countries such as Italy, Germany, and England. In order to fully
understand opera and its inner workings, it is important to locate and learn the origin of opera.
Greek drama is said to be the model on which the creators of modern opera at the end of the sixteenth
century based their work on (Grout 11). There are substantial differences between Greek drama and
opera. For example, in Greek theater, the cast was made up of only men and young boys (Grout 13).
Also, it is important to note that these plays were not sung entirely. Rather, many parts were spoken
out loud like the singing was left to the chorus (Grout 12). The chorus s main function was to express
